The tracking technology we use does not identify any personal information about you – for example, it cannot retrieve data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture any personal information about you.
A cookie is an electronic file that holds small strings of text. When you visit our website, we may send a cookie to your browser so that we can recognize it when you return to our website. In conjunction with cookies, our web server logs may receive and store certain types of information from your visit – such as time/date, IP address, browser type, internet service provider, the page in which you came or exited through, and the number of clicks you made on our website. We may also use web beacons which are computer instructions that link web pages to web servers and their cookies.

We also may use this information to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. If you are a mortgage professional seeking a mortgage insurance rate quote through our website (via our rate quote tool), you will be asked to provide certain information in order for us to identify you and to provide an accurate rate quote. We may use and store this information – for example to auto-fill certain fields in future visits, to enable you to retrieve a previously obtained quote when you return, or to provide customer service.
Information We May Share. We may share user activity and site visit information collected via our website with our affiliates, marketing partners or service providers who perform services on our behalf, and as otherwise required or permitted by law. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, as part of the sale, assignment, or other transfer of our business, or to perform authentication procedures to prevent fraud.
