HousingWire’s 2018 class of Insiders continues to carry the torch, lighting the way for innovation, hard work and determination. 40 professionals were selected for their ability to not only transform their companies, but the industry as a whole. HousingWire presents the Insiders award to Christina Bartning, Vice President of Marketing and Client Solutions. Christina has led National MI’s media and PR efforts, advised executives on high level strategic initiatives and helped plan and roll out new product launches.

The 2018 Rising Stars represent the best young leaders under age 40 in the mortgage industry including lending, servicing, investing and real estate, whose efforts and accomplishments are influencing the present and future course of the industry. T.J. Lile, Vice President of National Accounts, has had a rapid ascent in Sales at National MI, and his national accounts team has been recognized as “team of the year” due to its overall sales volume in mortgage insurance policies. He credits his adaptability to almost any environment or situation as a key factor in his success. Elaine Till, Account Manager for Oregon and Hawaii, was one of the first employees hired at National MI in 2013 and has grown alongside the company moving from a senior specialist in the Solution Center, to nurturing customer accounts in Sales in Washington and Oregon as an Account Representative until her recent promotion. She credits her success to being open to unexpected opportunities and trying something new.
